Oppong Nkrumah, 2 others to be vetted today


Information Minister designate, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah and two other Minister designates, are set to appear before Parliament’s Appointments Committee today, Friday, 26 October 2018.

The other two are; Minister designate for Gender, Children and Social protection, Cynthia Morrison as well as Minister designate for the Upper East region, Ambassador Paulina Tangaba Abayage.

The last batch comprising, Evans Opoku Bobie and Martin Oti Gyarko minister and deputy minister designate for the Brong Ahafo region as well as Samuel Nuertey Ayertey, deputy minister designate for the Eastern region will appear before the vetting committee on Monday, 29 October 2018.

Ahead of her scheduled vetting today, former Ambassador to Italy, Paulina Abayage told Class News, the deplorable road network in the Upper East region will be a priority area under her administration as part of moves to tackle the high level of poverty in the region.
